Rahne Alexander is a multidisciplinary artist from Baltimore, MD. Her film & video art has screened in galleries and festivals across the country, including the Baltimore Museum of Art, MIX (NYC), Freewaves (LA), Homoscope (Austin) and Cinekink (NYC). Rahne was featured in the 2010 rockumentary Riot Acts: Flaunting Gender Deviance in Music Performance, and she performs with her bands The Oops and The Degenerettes. A former curator/organizer of the avant-garde Transmodern Festival and the long-running, award-winning queer cabaret Charm City Kitty Club, she also is also a contributor to Smile Hon, You're In Baltimore and the Baltimore City Paper. During the days and many nights, she is the manager of operations and development for the Maryland Film Festival.
